Zikra

Terms of use

Effective 29 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and W.D.W Who Dares Wins Ltd, which operates Zikra (“Zikra”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.

1. What Zikra is

Zikra is a private place to keep memories — text, photos, video and voice recordings — and to choose who should receive them and when: now, on a date, at a milestone, or through a legacy process after a long period without any activity from you.

2. Zikra is not a will

Zikra is not a will, a trust, or any other legal instrument, and nothing you set up in Zikra has legal effect over your estate. Delivering a memory through Zikra does not transfer ownership of property or rights, and it is not a substitute for legal advice. If you want your wishes to be legally binding, please speak to a lawyer.

3. The legacy process

  • Zikra does not detect, confirm or determine anyone’s death. It responds only to a long period without activity from you, according to the settings you choose.
  • Before anything is released, Zikra reminds you and asks the trusted contacts you nominated. Any single check-in from you stops the process, at any stage. Nothing is released within 60 days of your last verified activity.
  • Memories you mark private are never released to anyone.
  • We work hard to make delivery reliable, but we cannot guarantee that a memory will reach a recipient — for example, if their email address changes or they cannot be contacted.
  • Trusted contacts take on no legal responsibility by agreeing to help.

4. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Zikra. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at support@zikra.ai if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Your content

You own everything you keep in Zikra. You give us a limited permission to store, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to run Zikra for you — for example, to back it up, prepare previews, and deliver it to the people you choose. We do not use your memories for advertising, and we do not sell them.

You are responsible for having the right to keep and share what you upload, and for the information you give us about the people you add.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Zikra to store or send anything illegal, to harass or harm anyone, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Storage, plans and payment

Zikra is currently free while in early testing. When paid plans are introduced, their price, storage and the period for which delivered memories are kept will be shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment terms, including how to cancel. You can always download your memories, free of charge.

We do not promise to keep data forever. If we ever decide to close Zikra, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download everything.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app, or ask us to — see Delete your account. Deleting your account removes your memories and stops any deliveries that have not yet happened.

9. Changes to Zikra and to these terms

Zikra will change as we improve it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Zikra and delete your account.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Zikra is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
